WithSecure and Ukraine’s Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture Sign Memorandum of Understanding to Strengthen Cyber Resilience

The cooperation aims to bolster Ukraine’s digital defenses through testing and piloting of cyber security technologies, expert collaboration, and knowledge exchange.
Helsinki, Finland – October 28, 2025: WithSecure™, Europe’s trusted cyber security partner, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine to advance cooperation in cyber security and cyber defense. The MoU establishes a framework for collaboration aimed at enhancing the protection of the Ministry’s information and communication systems. This includes testing and piloting innovative European cyber security tools, exchanging expertise, and applying best practices in modern cyber defense.
Building Resilience Through Cooperation
Under the agreement, WithSecure and the Ministry will jointly test and evaluate new cyber security solutions, including WithSecure™ Elements Exposure Management – a solution designed to help organizations identify, prioritize, and remediate vulnerabilities across complex IT environments.
WithSecure will provide technical support, expert guidance, and training to Ministry specialists to ensure effective deployment and assessment of these tools. In turn, the Ministry will facilitate testing activities within its systems and share insights into performance and usability to support further development and optimization.
