Forrester defines Cybersecurity Incident Response Services (CIRS) as “Professional services delivered as retainers, subscriptions, or on-demand engagements that help organizations prepare for, detect, respond to, and recover from cybersecurity incidents”. 3)   Emergency Incident Response (Walk-In): immediate expert help, no retainer required
