WithSecure and you entered into agreements for goods and/or services (“Agreement”) that may require WithSecure to process personal data on behalf of you.
This Data Processing Agreement (DPA) sets out the terms, requirements and conditions on which WithSecure will process personal data when providing services under the Agreement. This DPA contains the mandatory clauses required by Article 28(3) of the General Data Protection Regulation ((EU) 2016/679) for contracts between controllers and processors and UK Addendum to the SCCs (if applicable).
This DPA forms an integral part of the Agreement between WithSecure and you. The DPA shall become effective concurrently with the execution of the Agreement.
